Our High Acuity Assisted Living is uniquely designed to accommodate those whose needs are greater than care available in a traditional assisted living environment yet do not require skilled nursing care. Available only at Eagle Crest South in La Crosse, customized services are designed to support clinically complex care in the privacy of one’s own apartment. End of Life care is respected and honored at all Eagle Crest Communities communities; however, Eagle Crest South’s High Acuity Assisted Living specializes in such care, available to both current and new residents who need extra support in their last weeks or months. A community-based residential facility, supportive or protective services or supervision is available to those who do not require care above intermediate nursing care or more than three hours of licensed nursing care per week.
