Eagle Crest Communities was a pioneer in creating an environment specific to the needs of individuals with dementia and continues to be a leading provider in memory care. Caregivers focus on bringing purpose, pleasure and peace to each individual. Hearten Houses I, II and III offer residential living in a home-like environment for persons with dementia who require 24-hour supervision but do not require skilled nursing care. The uniqueness of these homes is in their design, staff specially trained in dementia care and therapeutic programs tailored to meet the needs of persons with Alzheimer’s disease and/or dementia. Residents’ right to dignity, self-esteem and independence is foremost in our care planning.

"I have highly spoken of the care and love that are shown to my mother. I don’t know how our family would would have coped if Hearten House had not been there for her. Thank you, thank you for your continued commitment to the betterment of the elderly in their final years. You have given them their dignity and we can’t tell you enough how much we appreciate it."
