15 to 20 hours per week on the overnight shift. The position performs custodial duties and assists maintenance and housekeeping in keeping the Eagle Crest building and grounds safe, efficient and aesthetically pleasing. This includes floor maintenance, window cleaning, and exterior maintenance; safe and effective maintenance and operation of carpet extractor, scrubber, buffer, sweeper, vacuuum and pressure washer; preparation of vacated apartments for occupancy; survey of building and grounds, secure entrances and exits, investigating suspicious persons or circumstances;responding to fire alarms, Safety Net calls, and maintenance needs when on-call. Must have a valid driver's license and insured vehicle; must have flexibility to fulfill on call requirements. Reports to Maintenance Supervisor.

We are seeking an Assistant Chaplain to assist with providing pastoral support to residents, their families and staff as appropriate. Lead Worship, teach/lead bible study. Must have the ability to share on call duties with Chaplain, must be able to lead worship every 4-6 weeks including some Sunday Services. This position is integral to our interdisciplinary approach to care. Experience in long-term care setting preferred. Candidates will be certified by APC, in process of being certified, or have equivalent pastoral care experience. PM Shift Only. 50 hrs per two weeks Works, every other weekend and every other holiday. Responsible for supervision of Resident Care Assistants regarding distribution and documentation of medications, treatments, and side effects of medications; physical assessments and behavioral assessments for residents; creation and maintenance of Individual Service Plans utilizing staff input; maintaining compliance with HFS 83 and HFS 89, Eagle Crest Program Statements, and Bethany Luthean Homes policies and procedures. Other duties include Monitors resident behavior and quarterly review of psychotropic medications. Montitors behavioral ducumentation and calls psychiatrist, as needed. Sets up yearly pharmacy review. Prepares paperwork for MD appointments and lab work and arranges transporation. Monitors medication errors, active in problem solving, and guides staff toward no error compliance. Orders medication per physician orders, faxes changes to Pharmacy, and validates new arrival of medications. Destroys outdated or discontinued medications of those of discharged residents. Requirements: WI LPN licensure * demonstrated interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices * experience working in Assisted Living (RCAC) and/or Memory Care (CBRF) beneficial

Full Time opportunity working 40 hours per week; Responsible for creating high quality meals and dining experiences for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service. Other duties include, bussing, ware-washing, and catering. Excellent customer service skills are a must. Previous restaurant wait-staff and/or catering experience is preferred. Schedule may include varied day and evening hours, also alternate weekends.

Eagle Crest has a PT opportunity open for the overnight shift. 32 to 48 hours per two weeks. Includes every other weekend and every other holiday. 11:30pm to 7:00am. Provide personal cares and services to residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments, including light housekeeping and laundry. Direct care experience preferred. Paid training will be provided. CNA certification beneficial, but not required. Hourly wage $9.65-10.05 . Plus $1.00 shift differential for working the overnight shift.
