The Willows is a 30 unit Residential Care Apartment Complex that offers tenants security and privacy, and numerous opportunities for socialization. It provides an array of services designed to ensure a gracious and inviting living environment. With its casual elegance tenants enjoy life in a relaxed and serene atmosphere where dignity and self-worth are preserved in a Christian home-like setting.

At the Willows, you will have comfort and security knowing that as your needs change, the Willows staff is there for you. This innovative program provides a unique living arrangement that blends independent apartment setting with supportive services and care.

The Willows Base-Rate Structure Includes:

  • Spacious apartments with three different floor plans - all on one floor
  • Three delicious meals a day prepared on site
  • Up to 3 1/2 hours of personal/supportive care per week (bathing, dressing, laundry)
  • Health monitoring
  • LifeLine unit for emergencies
  • Secure environment
  • 24-hour awake staff
  • Weekly bed linen change
  • Weekly apartment housecleaning
  • Storage space
  • Social and recreational activities
  • Utilities (except telephone)
  • Health and wellness programs (weight & blood pressure clinic, exercise, footcare nurse)
  • Comprehensive maintenance services
